Who Are We ?
Since 2017, Realty Note Investors, LLC (RNI) has been building wealth for our investors by purchasing real estate mortgage notes and previously owned residential rental properties. RNI LLC offers private lenders better than average returns by funding our portfolio of mortgage notes secured by real estate. The founders, Frank and Lisa Fiore, bring a unique perspective from 17+ years of experience in quality assurance, systems integration, real estate, and real estate law that benefits their clients. From their extensive experience in real estate and quality assurance, Frank and Lisa have gained critical insights into the real estate industry. They know exactly how to navigate any transaction and they’ve built the business with a relentless commitment to integrity.

Our Business Model
RNI LLC has a strong foundation of real estate knowledge and training. Our focus is providing SOLUTIONS for our clients and finding VALUE for our private lenders. Our overall investment approach is to purchase distressed Mortgage notes, or properties at a deep discount and apply one of many different exit strategies.

⦁ When that’s not possible, we rehab and then seller finance or rent the property
⦁ If we purchase a distressed property or REO, we will be structuring an exit strategy to seller finance or rent the property
